Spot deer daily at this cozy nature lovers getaway. This Smallwood cabin has a fun colorful retro vibe and can sleep up to 4 people. Pets are welcome. Located just minutes walk to mountain lake, 10 mins to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, 20 mins to Narrowsburg, Barryville, Livingston Manor and many other cute towns. Large fenced in backyard with woodsy views and outdoor fire pit, large deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy indoor fireplace, smart TV, workspace, fast wifi. The space KITCHEN Kitchen has a new bertazzoni gas stove and is stocked with everything you need to cook including a large variety of spices, pantry items, olive oil and sauces.  Coffee maker with coffee and tea are provided. Toaster and air fryer are also available for guests to use.   LIVING ROOM Comfy couch, elegant Eames style lounge chair, Smart TV with Netflix, Dining area with seating for 6, beautiful stained glass windows brings colorful light into the space.  Large selection of games for all ages.  BEDROOMS Master bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and small comfortable work from home space.  Second Bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed to comfortably sleep 2-3 people.  Fast wifi makes this space an idea work from home get away.  BATHROOM Newly renovated bathroom with rainfall shower.  Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.  Fresh towels, Iron, hair dryer and flat iron are available for guests to use. PETS We love pets and welcome you to bring yours during your stay. We ask that you please pick up after your pets and please do not leave pets unattended. There is also a pet crate available for guests to use. The deck and backyard are fenced in for pets to run around but please be aware there are gaps underneath the fence and pets should be monitored at all times. PARKING There is only space for two cars to park in front of the cabin. We please ask that guests come with no more than two cars. CHILDREN We aim to make this cabin as child friendly as possible. A highchair and pack and play are available for guests upon request. LAKE ACCESS We currently do not provide access to the nearest lake Mountain Lake, but it is only a few minutes walk away and a nice 45 minute walk around the lake. If you do want to go to a lake for boating, fishing or the beach, Lake Superior State Park is a 9 minute drive away and the Toronto Reservoir is a 15 minute drive away and both are open to the public. Guest access The entire home and property is for guests to use. Keypad on the door makes for easy check in and check out. Other things to note Please note that while our Airbnb property offers a private and woodsy atmosphere, it is located in a residential neighborhood and is not completely secluded.
