Delightful garconniere in the heart of Spittal

Since the small feel-good apartment is located in the center, shops, pharmacy, banks, post office and many restaurants are within minutes walking distance. Lake Millstatt is 5 minutes away by car. The wonderful mountains around Spittal invite you to numerous sporting activities in summer and winter. On Spittal's local mountain, the Goldeck, there is a small but fine ski area. The Goldeckstraße is a pleasure for both motorists and mountain bikers! The space The apartment is very bright due to an east-facing window front. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, combination oven with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine. There is also a smart TV with Amazon Prime access, and a comfortable box spring bed with topper. Guest access In the basement, which can be reached by elevator, there is a washing machine. Detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board are also available to guests. In summer, comfortable sun loungers are available in the garden if guests want to chill at home. However, due to the small street next to it, it could sometimes be a bit noisy here. Other things to note From a stay of 1 week, my guests can borrow my 2 Fully Mountain E-bikes 1x (by prior arrangement) free of charge, otherwise for a fee.
