Happy Hill, Lake Gladewater

Happy Hill is a perfectly relaxing getaway. Our home sits on a hill with some of the most stunning views of Lake Gladewater. With two covered porches, a deck and full dock there is plenty of room to relax in the sun or in the shade. The dock is large and rental includes use of a kayak.. The house is decorated in Americana theme with unique artwork and furniture. There are 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The best of East Texas! The space There are four bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms. The 4th bathroom is in the hall near the 4th bedroom. The kitchen, dining and living area are open concept and great for visiting while cooking or watching tv. There are also 2 decks, a screened porch and of course the dock. Lots of space to relax! Guest access You will have access to the entire house but not the owner's closets. Other things to note The house sits up on a hill with beautiful views. There are stairs and walkways down to the lake that might be taxing for older people or those with mobility issues. In addition the driveway is very steep with a parking area half way up the hill but there is plenty of room for 2-3 cars to park down by the house.
