On the site are located :Family Cottage and Winter House . There is a cozy courtyard between the houses. Both houses have central water supply and heating I rent out the whole: Family Cottage with a wood-fired fireplace, with a sauna, a mini-pool, a Jacuzzi, a professional billiard for a family holiday or a close company of 2-4 people. The cottage is located on the first line from the lake. There are 5 beaches within walking distance, shops: Pyaterochka and Magnit, from Razliv railway station. Secure private area. Barbecue. The space Cottage is 100 meters from Rasliv Lake. On the plot of 3.5 acres there is a warm Winter house ( 80 years old) with a central water supply and a two-story Family Cottage with a fireplace, a mini pool, a wood-burning sauna, with a shower and a bathroom (on each floor), with a Jacuzzi, with warm floors. There is always an assortment of brooms: oak, birch. In the Cottage on the second floor, the space is divided into three areas: billiards room, bedroom,, sports room with shower and bathroom. On the second floor there is a professional billiards ( nine), massage chair (tourmaline, jade wheels),air conditioning, gorgeous, a huge bed with wooden columns (4 sq.m), a single bed 80x190, TV, 4 armchairs, a sofa, a huge desk, a wood-burning fireplace, a room with a sports complex, a shower and a bathroom. On the ground floor of the Cottage (90 sq.m.), the space is divided into three areas: an enclosed garage, a recreation area and a sauna with a shower and a bathroom. The ground floor is located: the garage that houses the bikes, the inflatable boat a room with panoramic windows where there is a mini pool , a wood-burning fireplace, 3 tables 90x90, a folding corner sofa, a folding chair, a TV; room with shower , sauna, jacuzzi and bathroom. The Winter House is always warmth and cozy. In each bedroom there are water batteries and for additional heating in the cold there are electric radiator batteries-2 units, heat cannon - 1 pc., heated floors in the hallway and in the kitchen. There is a combined bathroom with washing machine and shower. Kitchen 16 Sqm Bedrooms of 16 sq.m. -3pc. There are only 3 sleeping places in the house: two sofas (150x190) and a single bed (90x190). The Winter House has a small private room with piano. 4 bicycles are available for rent. In the yard there is an indoor grill, two small fires for frying meat on the grill,a tennis table ( folding). The area near the grill and between the house and the cottage is stacked with trash tiles. Near the grill there is a table for 6 people, a wooden bench on cast iron legs , chairs (Wood chugun) in the required amount. There are skewers and grilles for frying. You can cook in the kitchen in the Winter House ( free access anytime). All necessary utensils and utensils are available. Guest access Guests rent out their entirety to either the Family Cottage or the Whole Winter House. Sleeping places in each house: 2+1+2. If necessary, in agreement with the owner, it is possible to provide a separate room (beds 2+1) in the house where the host is located. Family cottage (2 floor), with balcony. No kitchen. There is an electric kettle, a samovar, a two-horn stove. There are no kitchen utensils or crockery in the Cottage. There are only cups and glasses for drinks. Staying in the Cottage to cook at any time of the day is allowed only in the common kitchen in the Winter House, which is located through the garden in one courtyard ( 10 meters). The Cottage has free WiFi . If you choose to stay in a Winter House, it has everything you need for a comfortable long stay: central water supply, shower, shower, combined bathroom, washing machine, Kitchen-18 sq.m . All dishes, kitchen equipment grinder, mixer, electric stove, juice squeezer. Two bedrooms ( bed and sliding sofas 150x190 with double mattresses) Two entrance rooms ( one with piano, the second with single bed and South Korean massage bed. There are 3 TVs ( in kitchen and separate bedrooms) Also at any time of the day there is a shared access to the barbecue on the yard. There will be no other guests on the premises. Guests are invited to take any of the houses to choose from. It takes from 2 to 12 hours to prepare a house for guests to check in at a late reservation ( depending on the situation), so agreement with hosts is required. The second separate house will always be occupied by a host on the territory, who, at your request and arrangement, will melt the bath and melt the fireplace. It takes 1.5-2 hours to heat the bath to 90-100 degrees. The bathhouse should be monitored when furnished. Then the host of the house will teach guests to throw firewood on their own in order to maintain the heat and tell them the rules for using the wood-burning sauna. Guests will have the opportunity to reach out to your host at all times during their stay. Other things to note In the Winter House, the central water supply, water heating occurs through a flow-accumulating water heater ( 200 liters). In the Cottage, the water is heated through a flow-through water heater (hot water consumption is not limited to the volume of the water heater).
