Extras Services: POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days) If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection daily. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. There is no recycling. For excess garbage, take it to the nearest community dump. Check in: 4 pm. Check out: 11 am. Guest access Entire house is available for Guest use. Keypad access No Smoking is allowed inside any accommodation. All accommodations are non-smoking.
