This place is in the middle of everything and right across the famous Belmont park. There are restaurants, bars, pizzeria and Starbucks around the corner. You don't need a car to get by. Bikes are available to rent downstairs. 1 month minimum stay required. No private parking***** nearby parking is available. Please inquire The space 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom unit located inside the Hamels castle at the first floor. There are 20-25 steps on the stairs. No elevator. No handicapped access. Sorry, this is an old building. Guest access Lock box with keys for access. Other things to note We are located AT THE BOARDWALK - not a block away! You can't get any closer to the beach and the noises surrounding it. I have a rental agreement required to sign before check in. Please contact me to receive a copy of the terms.
