This well-maintained building on beautifully landscaped grounds houses three suites including "Sunflower". The other two are "Island Butterfly" and "Lily." The sunny tropical ambiance of outdoors is seamlessly translated indoors to "Sunflower." Clean, tasteful furnishings, cool comfort, quiet, and well-appointed best describes this space. Not to mention the "at-home" touch which is felt in every amenity considered. The house is situated in the small residential community of South Palmetto Point but not far from removed from anything. Seaside Beach where I grew up is only a 5-7 minute walk away and the beautiful Atlantic Beach a short 5 minute drive away. The suite is housed in a building that comprises three suites and is immaculately kept. The bedroom is a separate room with an adjoining full bathroom. The unit is also complete with a full kitchen and living and dining space. For your in-house entertainment, the living room is complimented with a 42" flat-screen TV. Wireless Internet and telephone service are provided and ceiling fans and split AC units are installed in the rooms. Additionally, the unit boasts its own stacked washer/dryer and separate driveway. The bedroom while prepared as a King room is convertible to a twin bedroom upon the renter's request. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas are provided and a shared deck (used by other apartment renters) allows for relaxing or lounging in the warm sun or simply cooking up something succulent on the large propane operated grill. We have tried to see to every amenity. Mama, my brother Dale and I will see to your needs during your stay; this is just our way to make you feel at home with family, island style. Two-bedroom suites are also available or rental of the entire 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms house. Daily kayak rentals also available for use at the nearby Seaside beach and vehicle rentals can be arranged. So please inquire about combo accommodation/vehicle packages. Come for a visit, stay for a while........ Sunflower suite allows guests access to the deck and the propane bbq grill. The deck and grill are shared with other suites in the house. Cleaning during your stay is available upon request at an additional cost of $50 per cleaning. The seaside beach on the leeward side is a short 6-minute walk or 1-minute drive and we are a 4-minute drive from the pink sand Poponi Beach on the Atlantic that runs directly into the French Leave beach. Also located near the Island Farm where fresh vegetables and bread of every variety are baked. Available also are fruits, pestos, sauces, etc. made fresh from the farm......just 2 minutes' drive from the house. Restaurants abound in the vicinity.........kayaking and paddle-boarding nearby as well as the popular Leon Levy Nature Preserve. Fresh fish available almost daily in Governor's Harbour. 20 minutes from the airport and grocery stores nearby. A rental vehicle is recommended to get around on the island (I can arrange this). You can walk to a few small grocers, two restaurants and the Seaside Beach
