The Dune House is located in the heart of Tathra, 100m from the beach as well as some of Tathra's finest cafes & shops. This spacious property was recently refreshed making it an ideal choice for families and large groups looking for a comfortable & enjoyable getaway. Split across 2 levels, allowing for ample space and privacy. One of the key features of the property is the stunning ocean views it offers. You can wake up to the sight of the sparkling sea from the comfort of your own bedroom. The space Please note if you have stayed in the home before, it now only sleeps 8 with one of the bedrooms no longer in use. The home, originally built in the 1960s, has recently undergone a mini makeover, resulting in a charming and updated interior. The bedrooms in the house are styled in a simple yet beautiful manner, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom that offers breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sight of the sea. Additionally, there is a smaller bedroom and a bathroom located on the same floor. The upstairs area also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area, a sunroom filled with natural light, and a large deck where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, providing ample space for guests or family members. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom, making it convenient for those occupying that particular room. In addition to the bedrooms and bathroom, the downstairs area features a smaller dining area and a laundry room, offering practicality and functionality. The house boasts a sizeable yard that is perfect for outdoor activities and gatherings.
