The house was built in the fifties but has its own little charm, like the 75 year old shade trees that spread around the 2 acre yard to lounge under, a fenced in back yard with a grill and a pergola to sit under outfitted with lights, fan and fire pit. The fence is old and has some flaws but it keeps animals in and folks out. The Inside has been totally renovated adding a fireplace for some comfy toasties nights on the coach watching movies. I think you will find needed necessities. It has three bedrooms and two baths, so you’ll get a hot shower or a good soak in the tub and a good night sleep.. You won’t get maid service, or your bed covers turned down at night, but you will have clean sheets, towels, and a good comforter to sleep under. There is a large TV in the master, a small one in the 2nd and well yes you guessed it NOT one in the 3rd. For those of you who like to cook and drink at home you should find a well-stocked kitchen. Of course, It’s not Emeril Lagasse stocked but what you need to make a pretty good meal, but then again guess that depends on your cooking abilities.. I do have a ring camera so don’t try and hide all those folks behind you as you stumble in… Seven folks are about all this old timer will hold comfortable. Now if you find something in my house that you like simple comment on it and don’t try and stuff it in your pocket or suitcase. I know what’s here I would probably miss it.. No one likes those added charges at the end of a stay. If you break something let me know, I’m sure with the right amount of wine I won’t be to upset, and we can work something out.. Also, if you make a mess clean it up, your parents raised you better than kicking it under the bed. There are plenty of cleaning supplies please use them.. If you need an early check in or late check out let me know, If I don’t have guess leaving or coming and I can hold my cleaner off I might can accommodate.. I do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, so please mom do not call and say you are staying and send your kids that just turned 18 and looking for that special place to have the special graduation party. Thanks in advance! There is a charge of $75 nonrefundable if you decide you want to bring your dog. This will cover any unexpected accidents and it's cheaper than boarding. I have waterproof pet blankets in the pantry for pets that like the comfort of furniture and beds but prefer they use there own dog beds... Please use them if you allow them on the furniture. Please be courteous to the next guest and clean up after your pets. There are old towels in the pantry and dog kennels and dog bowls outside in the doghouse, door closest to fence. If you use the dog bowls, please wash them, and put them back where you found them so the next guest can utilize them. There is pooper scooper, bags and a trash can please utilize them and pick up after your pets. Please no CATS they just don't adjust well to strange places. And for the final good by please: Please remove all trash and put in the large green trash bin in front of house. Please put towels in laundry baskets in laundry room. Please put dishes in dishwasher and run. (Detergent under sink) Please enjoy your stay but be mindful that this is someone's house and not a motel room. Thank you in advance!
