The villa has a private garden and a private swimming pool, both of which are secluded and not visible from the outside. Pool heating is activated free of charge during the months of October and November. Kitchen The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, toaster, dining sets, cookware, and kitchen utensils. Note: Food and beverages are not provided in the villa. Pool and Garden The secluded private garden features a private swimming pool measuring 8 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.50 meters in depth. There is also a children's pool equipped with a Jacuzzi feature (the water temperature matches that of the main pool). The poolside area includes a sunbathing deck, sun loungers, a seating area, and an outdoor shower. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Pool heating is provided free of charge during the months of March, April, October, and November. Internet Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions caused by internet service providers may occasionally occur. Internet usage is suitable for daily needs, e-mails, and social media access. Additional Information The villa is delivered clean and ready for use. Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the accommodation price. Extra cleaning, additional towel/linen services, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price. For hygiene reasons, consumable items such as toilet paper, drinking water, and spices are not provided. Important Notes All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests. However, it is possible to encounter ants, butterflies, flies, and various insects. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The sheltered pool and garden area are designed to prevent outside visibility; however, due to environmental conditions, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. Kayaköy is a quiet and peaceful residential area that has preserved its natural character. In accordance with legal regulations, identity card or passport information is collected from all guests during check-in, and official accommodation registration is carried out. Guest access The whole villa belongs to the guest. Other things to note * Our villa's pool is cleaned regularly every morning by our pool maintenance staff, except on Sundays. * All windows and sliding doors have mosquito nets. Please keep the nets closed to prevent flies and insects from entering. * We recommend that you shop for your necessities before arriving at the villa. The villa is delivered empty. Toilet paper, paper towels, drinking water, tea, coffee, filter coffee and filter paper, food, drinks, and barbecue supplies (including the grill) are to be provided by our guests. * *To protect the peace of our neighbors, please be considerate of noise.
