The hall bathroom has a light airy feel with tons of natural light and a combination tub shower. A guest room with two twin beds and 43” smart TV is a fantastic spot for young family members. The third bedroom on this floor is equipped with a private balcony, queen bed and 43” smart TV. Upstairs the spacious and attractively decorated open concept living area has vaulted ceilings, deck with ocean views, and great family room. Enjoy your morning coffee or escape the afternoon sun on the covered porch off the living area. The living room features a 70” Saumsung smart TV and is a great place for gathering the family or to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. The kitchen was recently renovated and leaves nothing to be desired! Complete with all new granite counter tops, custom tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for 4 people - this kitchen truly is the heart of the home! The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive.
