We never host multiple groups at the same time—there are no shared spaces or outside guests. The base rate includes up to 8 guests, which allocates 4 bedrooms. The 5th and 6th bedrooms may be opened to accommodate larger groups, up to a maximum of 18 guests, subject to the confirmed guest count on the reservation. Each additional guest above 8 is subject to an additional fee of US$50 per person, per night. All common areas and amenities are always fully available. Additional bedrooms may also be opened for privacy upon request and for an additional fee, subject to advance notice. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking, as preparation and staffing are based on the confirmed reservation. Infants do not count toward the guest total.
