The house itself is large, drenched with natural light, boasts beautiful views and high ceilings. Split across two levels, you’ll feel immersed in nature above the treetops whilst enjoying plenty of space for everyone to relax. Both boast wraparound views of the Bay, bushland and out to Point Perpendicular at the north of Jervis Bay, but also feature TVs if you ever get bored of the view! - Beautifully styled with a relaxed, coastal vibe. All new comfortable and beautiful furniture, highest quality soft furnishings, hotel quality linen and towels - Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area downstairs, making social cooking or relaxed meals easy. We prefer a max of 8 adults and 4 children. Any groups with more than 8 adults must send a request before booking. This house is not suitable for young or party groups - 5 bedrooms including 1 king with large walk in and ensuite, 3 queens and 1 bunk room with 4 single beds. Upstairs you’ll find the master king room and 1 queen, whilst the further 2 queens and bunk room are situated downstairs - 2 bathrooms, 1 on each level. Note the upper bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom. Additional toilet in laundry - Two living areas both with TVs - one TV is just free to air and the other has an Apple TV connection to access apps. Downstairs lounge area by open plan kitchen / dining space. Upstairs a further large lounge area features home office space - Internal laundry with washer and dryer - Off street parking on our driveway - Note this is an older property but well maintained and with brand new furniture, décor and styling meaning you’ll feel comfortable yet relaxed - Pets are welcome - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go upstairs (on carpet) or on furniture. There is plenty of space downstairs for them and in our fenced yard. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged. Guest access We have plenty of flat off street parking but it and the house are accessed by a very steep, short driveway. Make sure you leave your parking brake on and take care. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. Inside there are also stairs, we provide a stair gate for families to install themselves if they wish. Other things to note Pets are welcome - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go upstairs (on carpet) or on furniture.
