This seaside refurbished 'shack' will be sure to delight for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Relax in this beautifully appointed home just across the road from Pipeclay Lagoon, and a short walk from the beach. The house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third bedroom with a single, a separate lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area plus a large outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ, firepit, and even a swing. The space Lounge in the spacious living room and take in the gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the lagoon and the ever changing coastal weather of Tassie. The property has three bedrooms, two queens and a single bed, a separate lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area plus a large outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. The outdoor BBQ and alfresco dining table are undercover so you can enjoy outdoor living in all weather. The back garden also has a charming lawn and fire pit. On the other side of the house, the front deck is sun drenched and furnished, with charming views of Pipeclay Lagoon. The home is beautifully furnished and well equipped, with a rich history (you can read about his in the handbook at the property!). Within walking distance is the local beach, play park, bowls club, and outdoor gym on the waterfront. There are two bathrooms in the property - one bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet and separate shower. The bathrooms are off the laundry room, which is fully equipped with a separate washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked cupboards and the garden shed/garage. Other things to note Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). The fireplace inside the property is for decorative purposes only and not for guest use. There is a split system in the property for heating and cooling. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor firepit pit responsibly, but must purchase your own wood. This can be purchased at service stations. Please note, you must not use the outdoor firepit during fire bans, which is usually during the months of December and January.
