Kovey-Doon is situated on the stunning waterfront of the Hawkesbury river. This retreat is located within Tasman Holiday park – “an exclusive luxury resort in a class of its own”. We warmly welcome you to unwind in 42 acres of breathtaking land on the banks of the Hawkesbury, just a short one-hour drive from the centre of Sydney. The space Spend precious time with loved ones and friends while being soothed by the calm of the mountains, forest, and water. With scenic waterfront views Kovedy-Doon has it all. This space features a picturesque Master bedroom, fitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom in the cabin features dual bunk beds (2 double beds, 2 singles), sleeping 6 people. With a fresh newly renovated interior, this cabin features brand new appliances including oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, BBQ, Fridge and coffee machine. Furnished for comfort and style, this cabin features everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have a Firepit to keep you warm Don't forget the marshmallows Notes: Firepit is only available to be used from 1st April -31st October due to Fire restrictions informed in the park Firepit cannot be used from 1st November to 31st March each year To make your stay convenient and stress free these are our inclusion’s: - Linen and pillows provided on all beds during your stay. - Luxurious bath towels. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Cooking staples – Spray Oil, salt and pepper. - Tea, Coffee pods and sugar. - Hairdryer. - Iron. - BBQ Utensils. - Filtered water through fridge. - Cleaning essentials for your stay – dishwashing pods, laundry powder. Guest access Guest staying at Kovey-Doon will have access to the entire cabin (not including garage). Guest will have access to onsite parking adjacent to the cabin for cars, boats and jetski’s. guest have access to the entire holiday park, including private boat ramp, pontoons and river bank. No Mooring is provided for this cabin (please do not use private moorings). Other things to note MOBILE RECEPTION Telstra has the best mobile reception available, other networks eg Optus, Vodafone etc, do not always receive coverage. Free WIFI is available NO PARTIES Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbouring cabins. Penalties may apply for any damage or destruction caused during your stay. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safety will be your responsibility. SELF CHECK-IN The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check-in date. LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices will come at a fee for cost of replacement. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU - Food and Drinks - Toiletries including sunscreen and insect repellent etc. - Any medications and personal supplies. - Camping chairs OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We do not take responsibility for the actions of our guests. It is important that you always stay with any children while staying at Kovey-Doon and watch closely when near the water and driveway! Upon check-out please ensure that the cabin is left clean and tidy! This includes cleaning all dishes, BBQ, oven, microwave and hotplates. During checkout, we also request that all interior bins are emptied into the exterior bin provided and all electricals are switch off and key is returned to the lockbox.
