The house is just 17 minutes from Melbourne Airport which makes an ideal place for guests who are flying to and from Melbourne. It is located in a very quiet street and is perfect for comfortable family stays. It has two living areas, separate dining room, 4 bedrooms, master with en-suite, study, heating/cooling & a kitchen with plenty of space. Strictly No parties, gatherings or events!! Please ensure you read our guest/visitor policy prior to booking. The space You’ll have the space to yourself and will only share it with those you’re travelling with. Guest access Whole house and garden is available. Garage is not available for guests. STRICTLY for the number of people you mentioned on the reservation. If you have more than 8 guests, please inquire as we can provide extra bed linen. Other things to note Please ensure you read our guest/visitor policy prior to booking. With your booking request, please send us a message providing some information of your stay such as the purpose of your trip to this area, which area you are travelling from, all the names of the adult guests on the reservation and the ages of the children (if any). The guests who are new to Airbnb platform or guests with no reviews will be requested to provide full names of all the adult guests and to pay a Cleaning Bond up to $200 as a second payment through the Resolution Centre after confirming the reservation. Upon your check out, as long as the house is left tidy, clean, undamaged and all the house rules are respected, the Cleaning Bond will be fully refunded within 24 hours. If you are staying longer, you will need to pay a cleaning fee ($75) from 2nd week to ensure you have clean sheets & towels. There is a CCTV security camera system installed outside the house for the protection of the property.
