High on the Mir Mar scarp, Nelson Cottage is a great place to hang out! Renovated and refurbished, this cottage home of 70s ilk has a relaxed vibe and fantastic mix of retro, modern and original influences throughout! South is a view to Mt Clarence. Historic Albany and CBD is 2km to the west. Beautiful Middleton Beach is 2km to the east. Bluff Rock is just 300m away. The space A 70s cottage with a simple and super functional floor plan. Front entry opens out to open plan kitchen/living/dining on the right, with bedrooms, workspace and bathroom off a short hallway off the the left. There is a view south to Mt Clarence from the front porch, and a big patio with private back yard out the back. Guest access Lock box information is provided to guests via mobile text message in the 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests have access to the entire house and rear yard, but not the shed in the rear yard. We use the shed for personal storage, and do at times require access to it while guests are staying at the cottage. Other things to note Your dog is welcome but house rules for dogs do apply!
