The open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and WiFi combine character, comfort and convenience for couples, families and longer stays. Outside, the wide north-facing patio is perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon wine or a lazy evening after exploring Albany's beaches, walking trails and attractions. Charge your EV, let your dog roam freely in the enclosed backyard, or wander to Bluff Rock Reserve just 300 metres away for a stroll in the bush. Whatever brings you to Albany, comfort, character and convenience will share equally in your stay at Nelson Cottage. For our people with pets, we have a Pet Fee payable and Pet Policy for your agreement prior to arrival. Guest access Lock box information is provided to guests via mobile text message in the 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests have access to the entire house and rear yard, but not the shed in the rear yard. We use the shed for personal storage, and do at times require access to it while guests are staying at the cottage. Other things to note - Text updates are required from guests upon arrival and departure at the cottage. - Late departure by guests attracts an additional fee of $50/hr.
