This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 on the double bed + 1 on the sofa bed. Reserving for 3 people, the sofa bed is complimentary, but if you book for up to 2 people, we charge a usage fee of R$ 60.00 to use the sofa bed. Guest access Our guests can access all common spaces of the building, such as swimming pool, gym and sauna. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not).
