Our condo unit is good for long-term, short-term or transient visitors. The neighborhood features Int'l brand hotels (Marriot, Maxims, Remington Hotel) and the Resorts World Manila. It is also just across and 10 minutes away from the NAIA Terminal 3. The space The Condo Unit is beautifully designed and furnished with brand new furnitures, kitchenwares and house equipments. Guest access Guests will have access to Recreational Amenities/Facilities: * Swimming Pool with Paved Sunbathing Deck * Children's Pool * Changing/shower rooms * Lobby Area Other things to note Please note: * Caretaker will assist in check in & check out. * Cleaning is done every 4th day for Guest staying more than Five (5) days. * Maximum of Two (2) Adults or Three (3) persons (Couple and a child) allowed occupants. * Additional Php300 / pax / day will be charged for extra guests, to be paid upon check-in. * Swimming Pool access is from 8:00am until 10:00pm. Maximum of 3 persons allowed, additional fee being asked for the 4th person. * No parking space in the building, however there are pay parking options nearby. * No refunds for cancellations. * Kindly obey House Rules and Policies
