The space Our guest house is conveniently located near the sea. It occupies the ground floor of a two-story house, with a separate entrance and yard. The spacious interior consists of a living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. Amenities include internet, air conditioning, and an exterior parking space. To reach the area, you will follow a concrete road with a moderate slope starting from the provincial road Limani Gavriou - Andros. Shortly before reaching the house, there is a manageable dirt road spanning about 100 meters. Important! Recently, the dirt road has become difficult for regular cars. For your convenience, we have arranged an extra secure parking spot approximately 150 meters from the accommodation. From there, you can walk downhill to the house. Guest access All sheared outdoor areas are freely accessible. We kindly request that the use of the BBQ be avoided on windy days. The basketball court is available for use throughout the day, except during designated quiet hours. Other things to note The network's water is not potable. Please use water wisely, as there may be intermittent water supply during the peak tourist months on the island. To ensure the continuous water supply, there are water tanks installed, equiped with special filters. We kindly ask that you avoid using the electric waterheater while taking a bath.
