Ideal for entertaining, centrally located with ocean views from an adjoining bush reserve and a sun soaked magnesium pool and traditional sauna to enjoy. The space The master bedroom features an ensuite, the second bedroom a two single bed with trundle and the third a bunk bed with a trundle. The rumpus room can act as a fourth bedroom and is equipped with a queen size Italian made sofa bed. Sleeping a maximum of 10 people. The house opens onto a large entertaining area featuring a webber BBQ. An expansive grassed area has a 10 foot trampoline, sandpit and toys for the kids. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is well appointed with cooking facilities, gas log fire and spilt system air-conditioning. Washing machine, clothes dryer and hot/cold water outside shower are also present. All within walking distance to Jan Juc and Torquay beaches.
