Highlands Oasis- Summer and Winter Retreat

We have a 2 story walk out ranch that is perfect for hosting large groups of people. The open floor plan lets everyone hang out and our dinning areas can seat up to 18 people (perfect for cookouts and brunch!). Very centrally located. For summer retreats the pool outback and large patio area is a great hangout area and for the winter months you can relax in the cozy living rooms by the wood fireplaces (2 wood fire places and 1 gas fireplace). The space We do have a pool in the backyard which can be used in the summer months when its open. Great backyard for hanging out and grilling. In the basement area we do have an office area and toy room area for kids. We also have a treadmill and some workout equipment for anyone wanting to get their workouts in. If you are trying to accommodate a large group- we have bed space that can sleep 10 plus 1 in a crib but then if you need to include couch space for sleeping the total number of guests could be 13-14. For those traveling in the winter, the wood fireplaces are a great addition to the two large living rooms. The basement also has a gas fireplace. Guest access Our guests have all access to our home- except for the garage as we use it for storage.
