The house is fully fenced and has a relaxing front garden to sit and watch life go by and a large outside entertaining area in the back to entertain and have a bbq. Bed configuration: Sleeps 6 maximum with use of the trundle bed. Bathroom features a bath and toilet. Shower in bath, with showerscreen. Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry in the shed. Sorry no dishwasher. Features/Entertainment: tv, dvd, bbq Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner to the living area, fan in the master bedroom. Pets allowed Fenced: Fully fenced Room within the fenced yard to park a small to medium sized boat and your car. This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
