The space Location: Located just off of 86th St, this space places you less than a mile from essentials (Whole Foods, Target, Kroger) and relaxation (the popular rails-to-trails Monon Trail), and is just a short drive to several business centers if you're here for work and Broad Ripple Village if you're here for pleasure. (Or both!) A 25 min drive puts you within reach of top attractions like downtown and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway while providing a quiet, hassle-free home base for your trip. The Space: This 2nd floor, 1200 square foot unit is completely renovated - including a stunning hand-crafted stone fireplace, hardwood floors, full kitchen (stove, sink, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave), king bed with 100% cotton sheets, 72" smart tv, and an impressive kitchen table (seriously, you have to see the kitchen table to believe it!) Enjoy relaxing views from the private deck. You might also catch a glimpse of our dog, Rugby. Need coffee to get you going in the morning? We've got you covered with our variety of complementary Keurig cups. Bathroom: The cabin has a standup shower with essentials provided to help make your stay relaxing and hassle free. Parking: One parking spot is available by the cabin. Message me if you would like a spot for a second car and we can likely accommodate you. Note the cabin is located on the second floor so you will need to climb a set of stairs. We very rarely pass through the entry way, but you will have a private, locked door upstairs. Guest access After booking, you will automatically receive a message through Airbnb from the August Smart Lock. This allows you hassle-free access to the space at any time during your stay. I'll also send you a key code before you arrive if you do not want to download the app.
