The popular ‘Bocca ‘Italian restaurant is next door and gelato and many retail shopping centres mins drive away. Absolute beachfront Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, nestled on the fifth floor of the new Oceanus resort. Well appointed, stylish, air-conditioned apartment in a dream location. Modern kitchen, 2 x smart tv, outdoor balcony with lounge, dining, laundry & resort pool, sauna and wading pool. Popular Bokarina playspace for children across the road which has slides, swings and climbing walls as well as a lounge net connected by a rope bridge. Also button activated water mist which kids love as well as a multitude of green and shaded space for community activities including BBQ and many seating areas great for family picnics and social sporting matches. The magical coastal walking path is directly in front of the property leading you to nearby cafes but also great for cycling along the beachfront . THE SPACE Bedroom 1 King Bed and ensuite with smart TV Bedroom 2 2 x Long Single beds which can also convert into 1 King Bed There is ground floor covered garage parking for one vehicle and extra car parking on the roadside in front of the apartment building. KEYS/ACCESS There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival. The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet. The apartment has a laundry for your use with a washing machine and dryer as well as airing line for your use. The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle, toaster etc. We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. We also supple sugar and laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets tissue and paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. You have the choice of a swim in the apartment pool (shared use with other apartments in the building) or a short walk to the patrolled beach across the road. There are also 3 lifts in the building. Your apartment is on the fifth floor. Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs. We hope if you choose our apartment that you will have a wonderful stay and are open to any feedback or suggestions for improvements. NB please note that as this is a new area there is another new complex being built behind the resort so there may be some minimal noise during the week and has been priced accordingly. Guest access Guests can access level 5 and all facilities including pools. Sauna, gym BBQ and carpark. Other things to note There is also an option for this apartment to be let as part of a larger group booking as we have access to another 3 bedroom apartment within the complex. This will allow couples/family/individuals who want separate accommodation from their group to be accommodated in a separate apartment complex within the same building.
