Pull open the sliding glass doors, step out onto your private terrace, and settle in with a view of the pool stretching out below. Living space The open-concept living area is anchored by two sofas and flows directly onto the terrace, giving the space an airy, relaxed feel. A second sitting area with a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV offers a quieter corner to wind down after a day exploring. For those who need to stay connected, dedicated workspace is available in a common area, and fast WiFi is included throughout. Sleeping arrangements Two well-appointed bedrooms each offer a double/full bed and a private ensuite bathroom, making the layout well suited for two couples or a small family. Room-darkening shades, a safe, clothing storage, and hangers are provided in each room, along with cotton bed linens and a full set of towels. Kitchen & dining The kitchen comes fully equipped for home cooking - you'll find a stainless steel induction stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishes you need. The dining table seats six, whether you're gathering for a home-cooked meal or spreading out takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. Bathrooms Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom stocked with a hair dryer, almond and olive revitalizing shampoo, and body soap. Hot water is confirmed, and both bath and beach towels are provided for your stay. Complex amenities The Magia complex offers a large outdoor pool, a separate kids' pool, and a shared gym open daily from 9 am to 7 pm. Free covered parking in the on-site garage is available for guests, and the building is equipped with 24/7 exterior security cameras covering hallways, the parking area, the pool area, and all common spaces. An elevator, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit complete the safety and access features. In-unit conveniences A washer and dryer are included in the unit, along with a dishwasher, iron, safe, and room-darkening shades. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival easy, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Location Sitting in the heart of Solidaridad, the condo is one block from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue's restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. Beach clubs like Mamitas and Zenzi are a short walk away, and the lively energy of Playa del Carmen is right outside your door - while the complex itself offers a peaceful retreat to come back to. Guest access The building entrance is accessible by using a keypad. Then, you will access the condo by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. The condo is currently for sale, so brief showings may be scheduled during your stay previous notice given. Please note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Potential for noise — Being in the downtown area there could be noise from vehicles or outside noises that are not ours. Must climb stairs — The building has elevator service, however, in case of repair or maintenance, the guest must use stairs. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, centralized AC, bed linens, bath & beach towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. Free parking on premises as well. Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. To ensure a smooth checkout with us, please leave the property in a clean condition. Leave all used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor, put used beach towels on the living room floor, take the garbage out to the bins outside, and leave the key in the lockbox. Housekeeping tips or gratuities are also greatly appreciated! Thank you! Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker! We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished. Please follow the house rules. You will be responsible for any damages or losses made to the property and common areas. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
