This winter between January 5th through March 5th, enjoy the slopes for less when you stay with us! Guests receive exclusive lift ticket pricing — just $99 for adults, with even lower rates for kids and seniors! (Offer not available January 16-19th and February 13-16th). The space A spacious two-bedroom plus loft, three-bath condominium that comfortably sleeps eight. Located within walking distance of the Chile Express ski lift, this condo is the perfect base for your mountain retreat. The ground floor provides easy access to the garage, with a short hallway leading to a bedroom featuring a queen bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a half-bath, along with a separate shower room for added convenience. A stacked washer/dryer is also located on this level, making laundry a breeze during your stay. On the second floor, the cozy living room features two sofas, an armchair, and a smart TV for your entertainment. A short flight of stairs leads up to the well-equipped kitchen, which includes full-size appliances such as a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats six for family meals and group gatherings. The mezzanine loft, located between the second and third floors, features a queen bed, offering a private sleeping area for extra guests. The master bedroom on the third level is a relaxing retreat, complete with a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Please note that the condo’s balcony is currently unusable and has been blocked off. The HOA management company is actively working with engineers to resolve the issue, but the condo remains available for rent. The Lifts G3 is a dog-friendly condo, allowing up to two dogs for an additional fee, so your furry friends can join in on the fun! This unit is one of six properties represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals within The Lifts condo complex. All are within walking distance of each other and the ski area, making this a fantastic location for your next mountain getaway. SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed. Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa. KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker, toaster INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV and DVD Player. Central Heating. OUTDOOR LIVING: N/A GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. LOCATION: Lift G3 is about a 4 minute walk downhill to the Ski Lodge. To the Country Club is about 2.7 Miles away (7 Minute Drive). PARKING: Outside Parking Lot in the Front. POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use. WHAT TO KNOW: This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution Village of Angel Fire Short-Term Rental Permit: 25-335
