Our cozy room has a private entrance and private bathroom. Located in a quiet, residential area. We are 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz, 40 min. (depending on traffic) from Monterey, 10 min. from the Redwoods and San Francisco in a little over an hour. Our backyard is home to many a bird and squirrel; a private deck which is a delightful place to have your coffee in the morning if you wish. A BBQ is available and an outdoor eating area. We're minutes from 1440 Conference Center. The space The room entrance is up the driveway and to the right in our backyard. There are two steps up on to the deck and the entrance is a sliding French door. It has a queen bed, recliner, television, mini frig, Keurig and microwave. Outdoor space for relaxing and sitting. Guest access The bedroom and private bathroom is yours and the backyard is open for you. Other things to note We have two cats. Jazzy is our siamese and Cali is our domestic tabby. Cali is the friendly one, Jazzy is very wary of strangers. We are not set up for children or pets to come and stay though we love them. Our 2 steps up to the airbnb do not have a railing.
