The space The house offers direct access to the lake with a spacious dock that allows you to enjoy the day on the water. The home includes: Room 1: A Queen bed and full bathroom Room 2: A Queen bed, two bunk beds (single beds) and a full bathroom. Room 3: A Queen bed and two bunk beds (single beds), a full bathroom shared with Room 4. Room 4: 3 bunk beds (single beds) Dining Room for 8 people (inside) Living Room with T.V. Terrace with living room and dining table for 5 people. Hot tub for 8 people Spacious kitchen with appliances Private parking for 5 cars Dock with direct access to the lake Spacious and lush gardens with hammocks and swings Access to Wifi inside the house and terrace All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is access to hot water in the property. Other things to note Important to note: 1. Please consider bringing food, as there is just one restaurant in proximity to the house (Restaurante La Pampa). 2. Please consider bringing ice and water. You can find ice and other essentials at the gas station with a shop located at the entrance to the Lake. 3. During your stay, two dedicated and helpful staff members will be available to provide assistance and ensure your needs are well taken care of. Please consider leaving them a TIP if you are happy with their service. 5. Parking is only allowed for 5 cars. Entry for buses or coasters is not permitted. Make sure to bring a vehicle with sufficient engine power, as the exit from the parking area is uphill. It is not a requirement for the vehicle to be 4x4, but it should have the strength to ascend a steep slope.
