Remote working thanks to the fiber connection, vacation or even passing through for one night, come and enjoy a stay in a small dynamic and charming town, close to a marina, Viré-Clessé wines and good restaurants in a gastronomic region located close to the A6, 1 hour north of Lyon. The space Welcome to our refurbished 88 m² apartment offering a large bright living/kitchen area with home cinema. Fully air-conditioned, very well insulated from street noise, it offers three bedrooms equipped with quality bedding, separate toilets, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The three roof windows in the living room as well as those in each bedroom are equipped with an electrically controlled roller shutter. We have chosen not to offer TV but rather a home theater system with projector and surround sound (Prime Video included). We added a Bluetooth gateway to the amp to enjoy good sound with your smartphone. The whole apartment has a Wi-Fi connection with a very good speed thanks to fiber optics. The accommodation is located above a bakery and a caterer, and a maximum 10-minute walk from most of the shops in Pont de Vaux. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note The place is ready to accommodate children. On site, you will have a baby cot, changing mat and high chair. We provide hand and dish towels as well as linens: bed made on arrival + washing mitt, hand towel and bath towel. Note that the apartment is located on the third floor without elevator access and that the ceilings of the bathroom and kitchen are quite low (between 2.05 m and 2.10 m) so people over 1.90 m will not be comfortable. The apartment is located in a condominium and neighbors live below, so it is imperative to exercise some discretion from 10pm.
