Its location will give you easy access to the A8 highway and to the sea as well as the supermarket and other shops (5mins). Ideal to recharge your batteries while enjoying the sun and the sea. The space The apartment includes: • A 15m² terrace with a sea and hill view equipped with two deckchairs, a dining table and an electric grill • A double garage in the 1st basement of the residence (dimension) • A living room with a lounge area equipped with a corner sofa, TV, coffee table and reversible air conditioning • A bedroom: equipped with a 160*190 bed with bedside tables, bedside lamps, large storage cupboards, electric blind and French window with double glazing to access the terrace. • A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, washing machine and hair dryer, mirror • An American kitchen openned to the living room equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for cooking • An ironing board and iron • Separate WC. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit . Please take out your bins before your final departure from the accommodation. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization. . A kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you want an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€ . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption. . Only one set of keys will be provided . The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, we will charge this extra cleaning. .
