Our home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a spacious terrace, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. You can grill by the pool, unwind in a hammock swayed by the mountain breeze, or gather for fun in the gameroom, which is stocked with a selection of board games. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for everyone to enjoy, complete with an outdoor playground for younger guests. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 12): * Family Suite: King bed, Bunk bed, private full bathroom, and a dedicated workspace (Sleeps 4). * Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2). * Bedroom 3: Queen bed (Sleeps 2). * Bedroom 4: King bed (Sleeps 2). * Upstairs Living Room: Full-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 2). Key Amenities: * Entertainment: 55" TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. * Bathrooms: One shared full bathroom upstairs, a half bathroom downstairs, a half bathroom by the pool, a modern bidet, and an outdoor shower. * Comfort: Air conditioning is provided in all upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs living room. * Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and an air fryer/toaster oven combo. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the main house, terrace, heated infinity pool, gameroom, and the fully fenced backyard with its playground. Please note that the following areas are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests: * Laundry room * Garage * One designated storage closet Other things to note By booking this space, Guest and entire party agree to hold harmless property owner from all damages and injuries arising from or related to Guest's stay at the property. * Events & Gatherings: Events may be allowed with prior written approval and will incur an additional cost of $300 with a maximum of 30 guests total. Please contact us to discuss details in advance. Unauthorized events will result in a $500 fee. * Excessive Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers our standard turnover service. We kindly ask that you clean any excessive messes on kitchen appliances. An additional cleaning fee of $150 may be charged if the property is left in a state that requires extra attention. * Damages: We understand accidents can happen. However, any broken or damaged item with a value greater than $50 will be charged to you through the resolution center. A full inventory is performed before and after every reservation. * Liability: By booking this space, you and your entire party agree to hold the property owner harmless from all damages and injuries arising from or related to your stay at the property. * Pets: Pets are allowed but will incur an additional $100 pet fee. Service animals are free of charge but will require proof of proper documentation. Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture or sofas to prevent damages.
