Nature is in abundance around the resort . Monsoons offer a picturesque view of waterfalls and clouds reaching out to you from everywhere. The clean air will definitely make you feel the fresh. The space Our apartment is located in the Resort Complex called Holiday Maiyaan Cloud Residency near village Dhamni in Karjat. You need to check in at the reception. The A2 building is situated towards the end of the complex and the apartment is on the ground floor. The studio is spacious enough with an attached bathroom and a functional kitchenette with an induction ,multi kettle , mini fridge, tea pot and basic cutlery . It also has a small bar table with 2 bar stools . There is one comfortable queen size sofa cum bed and one foldable low height sofa bed. Apartment can accommodate a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults comfortably. The patio connects the room to the outdoor area which offers a private jacuzzi and a small garden with some postcard like views. It has outdoor coffee table with 2 chairs. The deck has a swing ( upto 75 kgs ) as well. *THINGS TO DO * Nature Walk Indoor Games Outdoor Games * PLACES TO VISIT * Peth Fort - 20 minutes away Solanpada Dam - 30 minutes away N.D. Studio - 1 Hour Away Saltt all day cafe, Saltt restaurant and bar is 40 mins away. Nisarga Dhaba / take Away - 20 minutes away For more restaurant options you can check with caretaker and resort manager. Guest access The apartment is a studio with spacious private patio , Jacuzzi and garden which is exclusive for the guests. *Jacuzzi Do’s and Don’ts 1. Shower before use & keep water clean. 2. No food, drinks, or glass items inside. 4. Use for 30–45 mins max in single session & switch off after. 5. Children supervised at all times; avoid sitting/standing on edges. There is a in-house cafe/ restaurant Terracota from where you can order food. The food is made fresh to order so expect minimum 45 mins to 1 hour . We have uploaded menu in the photos section but for more updated menu you can check with the restaurant. You can order the food to the room or you can enjoy it in the restaurant next to the common pool. The food ,and delivery charges need to be paid at actuals directly at the restaurant. The guests have access to all common outdoor areas within the resort premises. Note: The place is in the remote areas expect power cut sometime . We have inverter in place for necessary equipment like light , fan , wifi etc Inverter back up is sufficient fir 5-6 hours of power cut. Only Airtel network has connectivity in the property . AC and Jacuzzi is not backed up by inverter. Other things to note Check in 1 PM or after Check out by 11 AM Free Parking CCTV camera around entire resort Since our apartment is surrounded by nature , insects are likely to hover around in the evening so do not leave any food outside, and close the french window in the evening to prevent them for entering house. Bug spray and repellents are available. There are power cuts in the area but we have inverter to run basic light ,f an and wi-fi. ( AC & Jacuzzi won’t run on inverter) Inverter back up is sufficient for 5-6 hours of power cut. Only Airtel netwok is available The resort is 20 minutes away from nearest local market so get the necessary things accordingly. The resort complex has a very humble and supportive staff . The dedicated caretaker is available till 8 PM . Pease co operate with care taker and Resort staff and follow the rules of being co - operative guests. Looking forward to hosting you soon !
