The space ★ 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. ★ The 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 people: 1 queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another. We also have a full-sized pullout couch to sleep 2 more. ★ Full kitchen. Dining space, dishes & linens for 6 adults. Plates, bowls & cups for children as well. ★ BEACH ESSENTIALS. We have beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs available for free. Please CONTACT us to request them for your trips to the beach, and we will deliver them to your unit. ★ Families and young children and infants are welcome. Infant/toddler high chair and pack & play travel crib are available for free. Please CONTACT us if you wish to use these so we can deliver to your unit. ★ Large open private yard is PRIVATELY shared with other guests from the upstairs unit and resident home behind the property. It is rarely used but you are more than welcome to make use of it. Guest access You will have full access to your unit. It is part of a duplex. It is the downstairs unit. The master bedroom has an emergency exit back door that also has a smart lock with security camera. Aside from an emergency exit it won't currently be of any use to you. The second unit that is upstairs is also a vacation rental. The resident home behind your unit shares the yard. However, rarely does anyone make use of the yard. Other things to note ★ Pets are welcome. Please let us know. You will be liable if there is any damage to the property. ★ The front door has a smart lock which has a security camera that can record audio and video when people come and go. ★ The master bedroom has an emergency exit back door that also has a smart lock with security camera. Aside from an emergency exit it won't currently be of any use to you. ★ If towels are missing, the guest will be charged an additional $8.00 per missing towel.
