The space There is a supermarket, restaurants, food delivery services, a local recreation area and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. FACILITIES: - Built-in kitchen with fridge and ceramic range (2 hobs) - Fold-out sofa bed with mattress (polyurethane foam): 160 x 200 cm - Side table - TV lowboard - LED smart TV (43-inch) - Desk, rolling cabinet and chair with armrests - Clothes rail and shelf - Wardrobe in the hallway Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note YOUR BENEFITS AT A GLANCE: ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT: Our rent includes everything! Everything, including electricity, water and heating costs, at a monthly flat rate. With us, it's called all-inclusive rent and for you, it means you don't have to worry about a thing. The all-inclusive rent includes all operating and ancillary costs. COMPLETE FURNISHING: Everything is included, even in our SMART APARTMENT! All you need are your favorite things to make the SMARTPARTMENT your very own home. NO MOVING STRESS: Save yourself and your parents/friends/acquaintances the time and stress of moving! Stay flexible and don't worry about how to manage the move in terms of time and organization. RENT: The amount of the rent depends on the duration of the stay. For stays of up to six months, (additional) sales tax of 7.00% applies. An invoice with VAT will of course be issued. The rent is staggered in 5 levels: - Level 1: 1-month stay - Level 2: Stay between 1 - 3 months - Level 3: Stay between 3 - 6 months - Level 4: Stay between 6 - 9 months - Level 5: Stay from 9 months From our side, a minimum rental period of 3 months is sought.
