This cozy, PRIVATE unit in Renton is close to Seattle, SeaTac, Bellevue, and Redmond. It's a perfect spot for a comfy stay on vacation or for business travelers. Whether it be enjoying the bustling city life in Seattle/Bellevue, or visiting the beautiful nature sites around the area like Mt Rainier, this place is conveniently located for all your destinations. NOTE: This is a basement unit (ceiling lower than standard), may be tight for people 6ft or taller (sorry!). AC now available. The space Although this is a basement unit, we try to be very respectful of the people downstairs! If at any point the upstairs is too loud, feel free to let us know! You can access the garage to the washer and dryer through the back kitchen door. If you are unsure how to use it, please message me! Guest access No overnight guests larger than the booking number please. If you would like to have people over, please let me know in advance and modify the reservation. There is an extra guest fee for 4 or more people and if there are more guests than the booking number. Other things to note - No Parties - No Smoking - No Drugs - No Pets Allowed - Please watch your steps down into the kitchen - Please watch your head in the bedroom and the bathroom as the ceiling is lower than standard - Outdoor security cameras are present on the property and are motion triggered - For early check in/late checkout, there may be a charge per hour of $20 but you are welcome to drop off/leave your luggages free of charge
