Two bedrooms with a designated two-sink bathroom in my 1768 sq ft split-bedroom floor plan. All your spaces are at the end of a semi-private hallway away from host's bedroom. You will share common areas with a woman (host) professional in late 30's and two cats. Parking for one vehicle in the driveway. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES SECTION to ensure this property is the right fit. The space The house looks brand new in and out. It receives a lot of light and is uncluttered, giving you room to breathe. Quiet home with little foot traffic. Host works from home half of the week. There is a lightweight folding 39" x 20" desk in the room with a small but comfortable office chair that is sufficient for light work on a laptop. The smaller room with the full size bed also has a lightweight corner desk. 43" TV in each bedroom ready for your own streaming subscriptions or you can use my Amazon Prime and whatever other free channels are on there. No cable is offered. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the master bedroom and garage. During your stay All booking related communication should be via the AirBnB app. Other things to note Overnight street parking is at your own risk as it is technically not allowed per HOA rules...people still park in the street but I cannot be held liable if your car gets towed. You will have one guaranteed spot in the driveway.
