The Calf Cott retains a wealth of character with exposed beams, whilst underfloor heating and a beautiful roll top bath provide modern luxury. The Calf Cott is a mid terrace barn, situated in a private residential setting with only a handful of other properties nearby. Farmland and beautiful countryside surround the courtyard of converted barns. A peaceful and relaxing stay awaits you! Afternoon Tea @ The Calf Cott* We are delighted to be able to offer afternoon teas for you and your guests during your stay at The Calf Cott, with cakes and sweet treats from wonderful local business ‘Fabulously Free From’. Prosecco afternoon tea options are also available. (Min 4 days notice required) * *(additional fee required, subject to availability) The Calf Cott features an open plan living/dining kitchen space with hand painted units and a centre island. The living area has seating for 5 with a cosy electric woodburner, perfect for when the temperature drops! Underfloor heating also features downstairs throughout. The living area overlooks the private courtyard style garden with brick built BBQ & seating for al fresco dining. A patio area with comfy outdoor chairs provides the perfect informal space to sit and enjoy the weather with a glass of fizz. Upstairs, The Calf Cott contains 3 beautiful bedrooms, each featuring original character beams. King size and double bedrooms make The Calf Cott a perfect comfortable space for up to 4 adults. There is also a small single room perfect for a toddler or infant. Please contact us prior to booking if you require the use of this and we will set the room up for your arrival. The bathroom houses a beautiful roll top bath overlooking open countryside with a separate stand alone shower, WC and sink. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC & sink. *Please note, the property and all outside areas are strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Therefore, the cottage may not be suitable for those that smoke or vape. Violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately and a fee charged for upholstery cleaning if necessary. The property is fitted with nicotine & vape smoke detectors. *Please note we do not allow pets and make no exceptions for this other than registered service animals. Parking for two cars is available directly in front of the property and bike storage is available should you require it. *Please note, we do not have any other parking in the yard and regretfully cannot accommodate large vans, motorhomes, caravans etc. As it is a mid terrace property, we kindly advise that The Calf Cott is not suitable for any type of group celebration (hen & stag/baby showers etc), party or other event or gathering that may affect a neighbours right to quiet enjoyment of their home. Further guests or visitors (both daytime & overnight) to the property other than those stipulated on the original booking are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings found to be in breach of these conditions.
