A corner of the living room offers a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The satellite television is found in the living room for your enjoyment. Please note, the wood-burning stove is for decoration only, it is not available for cooking. Full of fresh country inspiration, the loft bedroom has a queen sized bed topped with a lovely quilt. The upstairs deck directly off the bedroom is the perfect place for watching sunsets, wildlife and stars. LOCATION - 13 miles southwest of Fredericksburg on 240 acres HOSTS - Your host lives on the property in a separate home that is approximately 20 feet from the guesthouse, but you have the guesthouse all to yourselves. SLEEPS - 2 persons in Queen loft bedroom BATH - 1 bathroom with a walk in shower KITCHEN - Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator & traditional coffeemaker BREAKFAST - No Breakfast; coffee and teas are left AMENITIES - TV in living room w/ dish network, covered porch with seating to enjoy hill country views, electric grill, wood burning firepit (wood provided) (firepit available only if there is not a county wide burn ban in place), upstairs deck off the loft bedroom with seating, acreage with plenty of wildlife and farm life to watch INFANTS & CHILDREN - NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO WIFI - YES Guest access The guesthouse is private and will be for your use only.
