Our 2 bedroom unit is a few minutes walk from Pakington St which is known for its trendy restaurants, cafe’s and boutique shops. The waterfront, city centre & Geelong station are 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk, with Woolworths less than 300m away. Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors. Guest access Off-street parking is available out the front of the unit on the gravel. Please note that the garage will not be available as it is being used for storage. Other things to note Please note that only the TV in the living room has free to air TV. Both TV’s have access to popular streaming services, but you will need to use your own account. Pets are allowed indoors & outdoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Please also note that our place is not suitable for charging electric vehicles.
