In our apartment you will find everything you need for beautiful days in Erfurt. It is located in a quiet and green neighborhood of Erfurt and has a great connection to public transport. The space Our cozy apartment Romantik is 48 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a quiet district of Erfurt, with lots of greenery. We have free Wi-Fi and free parking is available in front of the house. Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped and has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. For children we have a crib and high chair for free. There are numerous playgrounds for all ages to discover in the area of our apartment. Guest access Nearby are a bakery, as well as various shopping opportunities, a doctor, etc. Tram lines 1 and 6 are a 5-minute walk away. In front of the house, there are plenty of parking spaces. Other things to note Energy consumption! Between September 15 and May 15, we bill our guests for the actual kWh of energy consumed directly upon departure. Our apartment all have separate meters for electricity and heating . For this, we charge a flat-rate energy fee of €10 per day, which is payable on arrival and settled with you directly upon departure. We charge €30 per person for making or unmaking the bed after arrival.
