Beech Meadow is a luxury 3 bedroom home-from-home cottage set in the stunning surroundings of the Lune Valley, close to the picture perfect town of Kirkby Lonsdale. You’ll love my place because of the location and the amazing views.Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families & groups. The space Newly refurbished, Beech Meadow is one of a number of Holiday Cottages set in a beautiful complex set amongst the most stunning countryside. Beech Meadow has a lovely homely feel (or so I've told) and I would like my guests to feel like they can enjoy and relax as if they were staying in there own home. For a number of years I have been awarded Super Host at Beech Meadow, however lock down came & I decided to refurb the cottage before I opened it up again to the public. Therefore I lost my super host listing as I haven't listed the property for some time. There has been a beautiful new kitchen installed, new flooring & addition of new furniture. During your stay at Beech Meadow you will be provided with fresh linen, towels and complimentary 'Bath House toiletries'. There is also TV in every bedroom plus a hairdryer in the property. To give you the extra comfort while you sleep away from home you have a heavenly duck feather mattress topper provided on every mattress. For the more adventures guests who want to explore the area and its surroundings you are just minutes away from the small town of Ingleton, famous for its caves and waterfall walk. Whether you like fishing in the river Lune, golfing at Casterton, horse riding in New Hutton, walking in the Lakes, cycling through the Dales, or shopping in Kirkby Lonsdale. It has everything to offer all right on your doorstep! Outside there is private seating area where you can relax and enjoy the stunning breathtaking views or have a picnic in the gorgeous surrounding grounds. Staying at The Meadows is perfectly situated so you have endless opportunities not to travel to far to keep everyone entertained during your holiday! When you're not enjoying your home-from-home, you can enjoy your surroundings on the grounds of Whoop Hall and take advantage of the facilities at Kirkby Lonsdale Health Club, where day tickets can be purchased. (Pleas see there website for details) * Prices includes house fuel, parking, toiletries, linen and towels . Your accommodation has luxury extras like, use of Nespresso coffee machine & unlimited Wi-fi. *One of the bedrooms is a mezzanine bedroom so careful consideration when booking for children under the age of 12 years old. However, if you are making a booking for younger children you are therefore taking full responsibility of their welfare during your stay. Guest access All spaces as the house is rented out as one unit Other things to note Our only request is that you respect the beautiful property (please could you take your shoes off when entering the house), leaving the cottage as you would hope to find it. At the end of your stay we would be grateful if you could empty your bins and take the rubbish and recycling to the complex bin store. We do however, want you to treat the house as your own and have a wonderful time. There will be an extra cleaning charge if the property is left in an unacceptable state. *IMPORTANT NOTICE: Check in 3pm and Check out 'STRICTLY' 10am. On occasions when no further guests are booked in on the day of your departure, you can request an afternoon or later checkout. * NB This will incur an addition fee, half the daily rate which will be taken out of your damage deposit or requested at the end of your holiday as an extra charge. *STRICT MANAGEMENT POLICY: Pets are not permitted in the cottage or on The Meadows complex No smoking or vaping permitted. *Parking space for one car plus Limited visitor spaces.
