Spacious One Bedroom near Denver's Wash park

Enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of Wash park west in a clean modern 1 bedroom apartment. Only a 10 minute walk to the eclectic shops of South Broadway. There you will find some of Denver's most unique shops, coffee stops, bars, restaurants and venues. Also only about a 10 min walk to Wash park which is one of Denver most beautiful parks. I am happy to lend my space and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The space Cute 1 bedroom 670 sqr foot apartment tucked in the west wash park neighborhood. Whether it be bar hopping or seeing live music on South Broadway only a 10 min walk away or playing vollyball at Wash park less then a 15 min walk away, there is always something to do. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Find clean linen and towels in the hall closet, shampoo, conditioner and a blowdryer in the bathroom, everything you need to cook up a delicious meal in the open kitchen/living room area, and even a dishwasher for easy clean up. Very comfortable queen size bed in bedroom and new west elm pull out couch in the common area with plenty of blankets to stay cozy. This apartment has a wall mounted a/c unit and central heat. So you will be comfortable no matter what the weather outside is like. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment! Kitchen, living room, bathroom, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, upstairs balcony (common area for apartment complex), TV with RoKu (Nextflix, Hulu, Hbogo, Amazon video). I do not however have a dvd player :(. I will have 2 owners closets that will be locked and off limits to guests, they will be marked accordingly. Other things to note There is a coin operated laundry machine right next door to the condo on the same floor. I have laundry detergent and dryer sheets under the kitchen sink if needed!
