This property has something that everyone can enjoy. The large outdoor pool and whirlpool have plenty of seating and umbrellas to enjoy a sunny day under. Or you can take a walk out to the white sandy, private beach where you can enjoy kayaking or tubing in the ocean. The space Beautiful Ocean View 1 bedroom units offer all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom contains a king size bed with an adjacent bathroom. The primary bathroom has a separate walk-in shower and oversized jacuzzi tub. The unit also features a furnished balcony. The main living area has a sleeper sofa in it to accommodate up to 4 guests. The main dining area has a table with additional counter seating, while the guestroom has a small, private dining area for 2. The unit comes with a full kitchen that has all the necessities to cook a home cooked meal in. This includes a full refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishware, and utensils. Resort property offers a laundry facility for guest usage(Fee may apply). Guest access Check In With Front Desk Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit. Please note, at check-in renters may be required to pay a government fee of $3 USD/night, a $15 Levy fee, and timeshare taxes of $11.88/day for two-bedroom units (subject to change). The Main pool, Quiet pool, Upper whirlpool spa, and the rock formation/waterfall will be undergoing resurfacing and refurbishment from Sept. 1, 2025, through Oct. 31, 2025. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of unit, décor, layout and room view may vary. Complimentary Onsite parking. An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service.
