Beautiful House cozy getaway

Welcome to our home! Our renovated vacation home sits on a serene private 200 ft treed lot and in a quiet, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood . Our home has been meticulously updated with the perfect mix of modern styles and conveniences while still showcasing some of the original charm, such as the stone fireplace in the living room and hand-scraped hard wood floors throughout. The main living areas boast high ceilings and multiple skylights which allow natural light to flow through. The space The house is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen, an open concept dining room and living room, newly renovated bathroom and 3 spacious yet comfy bedrooms: - 2 queen sized beds in 2 bedrooms - a set (upper and lower) of twin sized bunk beds are in our third bedroom with walk-out access to our private backyard In addition to these 3 bedrooms, there is also a queen sized pull-out sofa bed in the sectional sofa in the living room that can be used for extra guests. Note: the kids bunk beds are only to be used by children (i.e. up to a maximum of 100lbs per bed) and should NOT, under any circumstances, be used by adults or children that exceed the maximum weight capacity identified. Guest access You will have use of the entire house as well as the expansive backyard which includes a fire pit, patio, table/chairs/umbrella and BBQ (gas provided). Other things to note We include a complimentary Pinery Park pass during your stay! This will give you full access to the beach at the park, hiking and biking trails, canoeing, picnic areas and other amenities - all for FREE. Note: maximum occupancy, at any time, is 8 guests in total.
