Bedroom: 5, 4 kids (bunk bed) The space The property built on large 840 sm area with each room is spacious and modern looking with all the high quality amenities possibly you can imagine. You won't miss your home away from home. Guest access You will have access to both indoor and outdoor areas of the house with complimentary family 6 seater Spa in oudoor patio. Other things to note Parking: Large double garage with remote is free of charge for your precious vesicle. Any extra vehicle must be parked in the street, not in driveway or in front of side gate pavers. Spa: Spa is complimentary (not included with the price). It may not be available due to maintenance or damage by previous guest. No refund or partial refund will be provided if its not available for guests. Only service dog/pets are welcome free of charge (must have to provide documentation before arrival), No pets are allowed inside the bedroom. Please pet waste/letters before you leave the property, additional charges apply pet damage/waste not cleaned. Gust: Only guest listed must be present, specially the person who booked the property. No additional guest without our authorization is allowed. No third party/broker booking ( who will not stay in the property) allowed without prior authorization.
