Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designed trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends September. 30 of the following year. Not on the water, yet Lake Huron is just 0.1 of a mile away. Seniors: While there are only a few steps into the cottage, it is a Ranch-style home on 1-level. The Lake Huron beach is a short walk away. In the summer, the window units can not all run at the same time. Therefore, if you need predictable air-conditioning, this may not be the best place for you.
