The space This is a 1,120sq feet of upscale, spacious property in the CBD. Renting the whole unit, you have the space good for 8 people. Comes with 2 large bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath, 2 balcony gardens overlooking the parks and a full kitchen to whip up dishes at your heart's content. You have also access to the rooftop swimming pool, the gym and the sauna room. This property comes with 1 car parking space which is a gem in the vicinity. The Master suite comes with attached toilet and bath with bath tub, a Serta Orthopedic King size bed, closets and vanity/laptop table. The 2nd suite comes with attached private balcony and a Serta Orthopedic Queen Size bed and closets. The whole unit has air conditioning. Daily rent is only for 2 guest to offer a spacious avenue to solo travelers & couples however our utility cost change every additional guests, hence the surcharge of roughly 12usd per night for the 3rd guest onwards. I feel this is a reasonable amount per extra guest to help us cover cost in cooling, towels, toiletries, building amenity and provide better experience overall. Please identify the correct number of guest upon booking to avoid inconvenience upon check in. We provide complimentary, unlimited internet connection at 30mbps speed. We have a 43 inch, 4K resolution Sony TV with pre-installed and subscribed HD NETFLIX for your viewing convenience —just press the NETFLIX button in the remote and it opens to a portal of free HD MOVIES and series to your heart’s content. If cable is your thing, it’s also available. Guest access The guest will have access to the whole unit. You have also access to the rooftop swimming pool, the gym and the sauna room. This property comes with 1 car parking space which is a gem in the vicinity. Other things to note Our strength, this home comes with a stay-in caretaker that will be out of your way and sight if you don't need to as she has her own quarters outside the main unit. She can do daily housekeeping and can assist with grocery shopping and cooking if needed and is complimentary to you. Laundry comes at an additional P500 per load, it is inside her abode so you can just pass the laundry basket, settle the payment through airbnb and she will return them to you cleaned and folded. Ironing is P50 a piece. Otherwise there are laundry shops outside the building.
