Guest access You will have the entire home with plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house. Other things to note In order to protect our neighbours we limit the booking age of our property to 28 and above, unless you already hold a 5 star review from another stay. Teens and kids accompanied with adults do not fall under this category. We work very hard to keep our little community respectful of the neighbours. Therefore noise complaints or any disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous! We use a Noise Monitoring device in our home to ensure after hours noise levels are reasonable. This device does not record any audio, it only monitors noise levels.
