Sun-room offers panoramic views and has comfy sitting area and additional dining table. Main floor also offers cozy living room with TV, sunny kitchen with eating area and full bath. Upper level sleeps up to 10 in 4 separate bedrooms with additional 1/2 bath. Room 1 - 2 full beds Room 2 - 1 queen bed Room 3 - 1 set of twin bunks Room 4 - 1 full bed and 1 twin There is a futon located on the main floor as well for additional guests. THE LOCATION This cottage is located just five minutes from Holland State Park, 3 minutes from Tunnel Park and 15 minutes from award winning downtown Holland. Miles of bike paths along Lakeshore Drive connect to both parks as well. PARKING There is space for four vehicles. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
